Cancellation Policy 


All cancellations must be submitted in writing to westregistration@spargoinc.com. Cancellations received by Friday, January 12, 2018 will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after January 12, 2018. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
