Anchor Scholarship Foundation
Anchor Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit organization providing college scholarships to children and spouses of qualified Surface Navy personnel - officer and enlisted. Begun as the SURFLANT scholarship in 1980, Anchor Scholarship Foundation was reincorporated in 2004 to include Surface families worldwide. Since our inception, ASF has distributed over $1,000,000 in scholarships to over 1,000 dependents. Our mission is to make college more affordable for Surface Navy families.
