  Display Regulations

Display Regulations

Linear Booth

Linear booths, also called in-line booths, are generally arranged in a straight line and have neighboring exhibitors on their immediate right and left, leaving only one side exposed to the aisle. Display materials should be arranged in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. The maximum height of 8 feet is allowed only in the rear half of the booth space, with a 4 foot height restriction imposed on all materials in the remaining space forward to the aisle.

Island Booth

An island booth is any size booth exposed to aisles on all four sides. The entire cubic content of the space may be used up to the maximum allowable height (20 feet)..

All reservation changes must be made online or submitted in writing to the Housing Center. All cancellations must be received three days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled check-in date. If you do not cancel your reservation, you will be assessed a fee equal to one night's room and tax. Please Note: If you do not arrive on your confirmed arrival date, your room will not be held for the remainder of your stay; and you will be assessed a fee equal to one night's room and tax. Please be sure to verify your arrival date. Government ID is required at check-in for Government-rated rooms. Government rates are based on the prevailing Government per diem rate and are subject to change.
