AFCEA and the U.S. Naval Institute have developed an enhanced sponsorship program for WEST 2020 that will offer maximum visibility to those who participate! What better way to make sure you stand out and increase your exposure than at this foremost event in which industry leaders can learn about military requirements and connect with decision makers and operators, where senior military and government officials can gain feedback from sea service warfighters, and where industry thought leaders will discuss and demonstrate sea service solutions? Sponsorship opportunities are offered at a several investment levels, ensuring your ability to participate.

WEST Innovation Showcase
Calling all Innovators!
Does your organization have a cutting-edge solution for current issues facing the Sea Service community? If so, WEST is your opportunity to get visibility for your ideas!
Submit your topic for a presentation on the exhibit floor and gain exposure for your solution among government, military, and industry attendees. Submissions will be evaluated and selected on a rolling basis beginning on 10 January until available session times are filled. Submitters will be notified regarding status no later than 31 January.
Important Notes:
- An administrative fee will be charged to offset operating costs.
- Preference will be given to companies that are sponsoring and/or exhibiting at WEST.
- Session content, speakers and schedule are subject to AFCEA International and U.S. Naval Institute review and approval.
What to Expect
Visibility: Title, speaker and abstract will be posted to the Innovations Showcase page on the WEST 2020 website. Session title and time will also be posted on the schedule page.
Location: Hall B (1300/1500 aisle, adjacent to the Knowledge Center)
Set-Up: Designed to encourage interaction and engagement, the space will include a combination of theater style seating and high-top tables for up to 30 participants. A monitor, laptop and small sound system will be available. Presenters may choose to supply their own laptop. Internet connectivity will not be provided.
Presentation Length: Time slots are available in 20-minute increments.

The Innovation Showcase provides the opportunity to demonstrate cutting-edge solutions to government representatives and potential industry partners. Located on the exhibit floor, the showcase provides a platform for the broad exposure to government, military, and industry attendees. Solutions will be presented in the Innovation Showcase Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Presenters will have 20 minutes to brief and field Q&A.
