Exhibitor Demo & Business Suites

These demo & business suites, located on the upper level in Ballroom 20 A/B, are available for your company to meet and network in a private, hardwall room with a lockable door. You can use this space to accommodate a variety of activities, from business meetings to private demonstrations.

Each business suite also includes, Company ID Sign, Company listing in event mobile app and online exhibitor list, and carpet.

*Membership must be current at the time of the event to qualify for the member rate

**Company must be a current AFCEA Corporate Member in good standing at the time of the event with 49 or less employees to qualify for the Small Business rate.

The exhibiting company is responsible for contracting for any additional furnishings / services that meet their needs through our service vendors.

Companies utilizing these suites should promote and pre-set meetings, demonstrations, social activities, etc. Floor plan image may not be reflection of actual business suite configuration.
