Offering both a tabletop footprint and larger standard space option at a discounted rate, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and network with the Sea Service Commands. Exhibit paces not only includes a standard furniture set up, but also the opportunity to pitch on the Emerging Tech Hub’s Discovery Stage during the event. Start Up status is only permitted for a maximum of 2 years.

The demo & business suites, located on the upper level in Ballroom 6 A/B and the Sails Pavilion, are available for your company to meet and network in a private, hardwall room with a lockable door. You can use this space to accommodate a variety of activities, from business meetings to private demonstrations.

What's Included?

Each business suite includes: company ID sign, carpet, company listing in event mobile app and online exhibitor list.

13'x13' Suites: One (1) Full Conference pass and three (3) Exhibit Hall only personnel badges
13'x26' Suites: Four (4) Full Conference passes and eight (8) Exhibit Hall only personnel badges

NOTE: Exhibitor Demo & Business Suites are located on the upper level of the convention center. Please note that these demo & business suites are not on the main conference level and attendee walk-by traffic should not be expected. Companies utilizing these suites should promote and pre-set meetings, demonstrations, social activities, etc.
