  • BMC Helix Discovery
BMC Helix Discovery is a SaaS-based, cloud-native discovery and dependency modeling system that provides instant visibility into hardware, software, and service dependencies across multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments....

  • BMC Helix Discovery provides instant visibility into hardware, software, and service dependencies across multi-cloud environments. Its discovery capabilities are designed to handle the complexity of managing wide spectrum of configurations including mainframe, traditional and hyper-converged infrastructures, container management, and cloud services. A key component of the BMC Helix Platform, BMC Helix Discovery is a SaaS-based solution that acts as the primary data source for capacity planning, security, compliance, and service management. Its ability to establish how elements connect and their dependencies gives IT teams a complete, context-based inventory from any point in the infrastructure.
  • BMC Helix Operations Management
BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps uses AL and ML predictive capabilities to
proactively improve the performance and availability of IT services across multicloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments....

  • Operations teams face many difficult challenges. They are overwhelmed with increasingly large amounts of complex data from multiple sources, and event noise hides problems that need to be solved quickly. Issues go undetected or undiagnosed, and can adversely impact the performance and availability of your infrastructure, applications, and business services. At the same time, organizations need to support DevOps and ServiceOps initiatives, new technologies, lift and shift cloud migrations, and cloud-native apps that generate enormous amounts of data.

BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps uses monitoring, advanced anomaly detection, AI/ML-based event management and root cause isolation, open integrations, and intelligent automation to reduce MTTR and maximize service performance and availability. BMC Helix Operations Management is a key component of the BMC Helix Platform, the only end-to- end, AI-driven, SaaS platform that gives organizations the ability to manage the complexity and scale of IT operations while delivering fast time-to-value, ease of use, integration via open APIs, and reduced operational costs.

  • BMC  Helix Service Management
BMC Helix ITSM is a powerful, industry leading service management platform
fueling your IT transformation with intelligent, people-centric user experiences that
    helps you work smarter....

  • Today’s Service Management is human-driven and highly resource intensive. ITSM systems and processes are still manual, inaccurate, and slow, resulting in higher costs and lower productivity. Enterprise companies are migrating workloads to the cloud in order to spend less time on upgrades and achieve the flexibility to add compute power on demand. Companies expect easy and successful migration with reduced time and effort of upgrades by significant amounts. They also want to cut costs but be able to have the power to scale elastically.

Service Management as a category is being disrupted by technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), chatbots, virtual agents, and the Internet of Things (IoT), which are all driving dramatic changes in how enterprises provide services in the future. Savvy business leaders are jumping in headfirst and applying these technologies to solve real business challenges and get a competitive edge in the market.

BMC Helix ITSM fuels your IT transformation with intelligent, people-centric user experiences that helps you work smarter. Delivered in the cloud for unprecedented choice or hybrid or on-premise options – the decision is yours.

  • BMC Helix Digital Workplace
BMC Helix Digital Workplace helps organizations drive, power, and shape the future
of work with tailored, omni-channel engagements anywhere, anytime across the
    entire enterprise....

  • Every industry is going through a major transformation in the wake of the pandemic. Service Desks are under tremendous pressure to provide higher levels of service and efficiency, conscious of the impacts to productivity and employee satisfaction. End users are confused as to where to obtain the information and assistance they require, making self-service an imperative, not a luxury. Lines of Business want to deliver meaningful services, but effective collaboration across the enterprise is difficult to achieve. The need for organizations to automate, customize and deliver the essential tools and information needed by their employees has never been higher. Tailored, omni-channel engagement, and proactive, conversational user experiences will soon be the norm, as will integrated business skills to enable workers to remain focused on critical tasks.

Helix Digital Workplace addresses the challenges enterprises face with an over-tasked Service Desk. It frees employees to focus on more strategic work by making it easy to find what they need using their preferred device, from anywhere, at any time. Intelligent, configured, omni-channel engagements delivered through a one-stop shop provide business users access to services, knowledge and policies offered across the enterprise ranging from IT to other Service Delivery Owners including HR, Facilities, and more.

  • BMC Helix Continuous Optimization
BMC Helix Continuous Optimization uses intelligence and predictive analytics to
dynamically align infrastructure resources with the demands of applications including
those based on Kubernetes, micro-services, pods, containers and multi-cloud resources....

  • BMC Helix Continuous Optimization provides ongoing visibility to the entire IT infrastructure— physical, virtual, cloud, Kubernetes, microservices and containerbased applications — so IT can easily add, remove, or adjust compute, storage, network, and other resources to assure services and meet changing application demands. Service views, forecasting, modeling, and simulated migrations provide insight for future resource needs and the ability to control the timing and cost of new capital and operating expenditures. Self-service dashboards, business services views, and reports keep project owners, business owners and other stakeholders informed of overall health and status of business services, application and infrastructure metrics provide insights into risk, efficiency, and cost of resources running a service.
