The Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) Consortium uses an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) collaboration to engage industry and academia to develop and mature technologies in the field of information warfare.
IWRP fosters collaboration between Government, Industry and Academia to identify, develop and demonstrate enabling technologies that enhance Navy & Marine Corps mission effectiveness in Information Warfare.
We reduce barriers to entry for small, non-traditional businesses to work with Government, and access research and prototyping teaming opportunities.
IWRP enables rapid research, access to innovative defense-required solutions, and innovation from industry, academia and non-traditionals.
