Member Registration Discounts

You will be charged the non-member rate if you are not a current individual member or corporate designee of AFCEA or a member of the U.S. Naval Institute. Members must register with their membership email address.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted online by Friday, January 10, 2026, to receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after January 10, 2026. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
