Description

In the TYCOM Readiness Operations Center (ROC), warfighting readiness depends on the flow of qualified Sailors and mission-critical parts. This session examines how a new analytical approach allows us to see our personnel and supply part readiness with greater clarity, anticipate future risks, and act with precision. By enhancing decision speed and clarity, these digital tools move beyond static, aggregated metrics to optimize readiness and warfighting outcomes for a more ready and lethal surface force.
