Profile

Bryan Lopez is a former Navy Captain, who served in sea, shore, and air roles. Some of his previous assignments include Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and Director for Enterprise Cyber Security at NAVWAR. He holds and Executive MBA and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Foreign Affairs. He has certifications in System Engineering and Program Management from Defense Acquisition University and he is part of the DoD Acquisition Corps and the Navy’s Space Cadre. He currently serves as the Director of Emerging Technologies for the Department of the Navy Chief Information Officer. He and his wife live in San Diego, CA. They have five children, who are all serving in the military.
