Profile
Jessica Souder leads AI Security and Public Sector engagement for the Prisma AIRS team at Palo Alto Networks. She previously directed Government and Defense at Protect AI, acquired by Palo Alto in 2025. She has over 20 years of national security and international experience, including service as a CIA Paramilitary Operations Officer in South Asia, South America, and West Africa. Jessica led stakeholder engagement for the National Security Commission on Emerging Biotechnology, was the Director of Expansion at Solugen, and holds degrees from Penn State University, George Washington University, and MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
