Mr. Jon Williams is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience, including 15 years supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency across various roles, including active-duty military, defense contractor, and government civilian. Currently, he serves as Chief of the Cloud Capability Management Division, driving cloud adoption to enable mission outcomes.
Previously, Williams served as the OCONUS Cloud Portfolio Manager and Program Manager for Stratus, DISA’s private cloud solution. In these dual roles, he led multiple teams in executing a strategic three-pronged approach to expand cloud capabilities outside the contiguous United States. This included extending Stratus to key operational locations across the Pacific and European theaters, piloting the Joint Operational Edge to extend commercial cloud capabilities within the Pacific region, and completing a comprehensive assessment of Tactical Edge devices available under the JWCC contract, validating their suitability for deployment in hostile environments.
Prior to DISA, Jon supported the Intelligence Community at multiple locations worldwide.
