Commander Christopher Rogers is a distinguished C5I leader currently serving as the Technical Director of Coastal Sentinel within PEO-C5I. He is a proven tactician whose career has been defined by leading critical communications and cyber initiatives in high-stakes environments. Notably, he was the Division Chief for Communications, Infrastructure, Cyber and Unified Capabilities in the Office of C5I Capabilities (CG-761), where he was at the forefront of the Coast Guard's technological evolution, identifying mission need, capturing requirements, and identifying transformative technologies to deliver decision advantage. CDR Rogers’s technical acumen is underpinned by an impressive academic foundation, including a Ph.D., Master of Engineering, and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering. This deep engineering knowledge is complemented by a strategic perspective, evidenced by a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Master of Science in Management of IT.
