Mr. Neroda has been delivering a combination of Analytics and Digital Solutions and in this role he is leading efforts across the Air Force, Navy Marine Corps, and defense markets to migrate department of defense solutions from traditional hosting environment to certified accredited commercial cloud environments. Included in these efforts is developing analytics environments that leverage the latest commercial and open source solutions to establish common data environment to support complex data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence approaches to allow these organizations to maximize the value from their data. These projects have included the processing of real time data feeds from a range of air and ground platforms to execute predictive analytics to support maintenance operations.

Mr. Neroda’s experience also includes the execution of a broad range of modeling, simulation, and analysis tasks over the last 18 years. He has been responsible for development of analysis approaches, simulation tool development, model development, and management of a 160 person team of analysts and developers. The work he has executed has included a range of analytical models, development of visualization tools, and complex data architectures to support rapid analysis of these data sources. Mr. Neroda has extensive experience in business development, marketing to organizations across the DoD services, development of project briefs, technical reports with briefing to all types of audiences and project management of multiple projects.

Prior to joining Booz Allen Mr. Neroda worked for Northrup Grumman in their modeling, simulation, and analysis center in support of a wide range of modeling and analysis tasks for Navy, Marine Corps, and other DoD clients to provide models to represent military utility of future weapon systems.
