Profile

Bettie Hartley currently serves as a GWAC Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). In this capacity, Bettie oversees the successful execution of contractual requirements for three Best in Class-designated Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) for information technology -- CIO-SP3, CIO-SP3 Small Business and CIO-CS. In addition to serving as the COR over the GWACs, Mrs. Hartley also serves as the COR over several in-house contracts that support the day-to-day operations of NITAAC.

Prior to NITAAC, Mrs. Hartley served as a senior contract specialist for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). In her role, Mrs. Hartley assigned multi-million-dollar requirements supporting various internal and external HHS customers on a fee-for-service basis
Mrs. Hartley has been the recipient of numerous performance awards throughout her career.
