Exhibitor Demo & Business Suites

Industry demo & business suites, located on the upper level in Ballroom 6 A/B and in the Sails Pavilion between the DISA Pavilion and Food/Beverage Seating and are available to rent for the duration of the event. Demo & Business Suites are hard walled room with a lockable door and include carpet. You can use this space to accommodate a variety of activities, from business meetings to private demonstrations or networking in private.

Deadline to contract for meeting rooms is January 3rd.

13'x26' Suites: Four (4) Full Conference passes and eight (8) Exhibit Hall only personnel badges

NOTE: The exhibiting company is responsible for contracting for any additional furnishings / services that meet their needs through our service vendors. Please note that these demo & business suites are not on the main conference level and attendee walk-by traffic should not be expected. Companies utilizing these suites should promote and pre-set meetings, demonstrations, social activities, etc. Floor plan image may not be reflection of actual business suite configuration.
