Description

Transforming the existing software baseline of US Naval Forces Logistics IT systems is an enormous task, but substantial progress is being made across a number of lines of effort. This briefing will explain the unique structure of the program office responsible for modernizing the Navy’s logistics IT, the overarching system architecture used to support this modernization, provide a status update on the progress, and discuss the near term future plans for each line of effort. Government and industry participation is critical to the program’s success.
