Mr. Gordon Bradley is responsible for testing and evaluation oversight, planning and programming of Joint Interoperability Test Command resources, and T&E process improvement. He ensures Department of Defense testing policy compliance and quality of JITC testing programs. He conducts strategic planning to enhance T&E service area delivery, develop the workforce, and evolve T&E.
Previously, Bradley served as the chief of the Army Electronic Proving Ground E4/TEMPEST and antenna division; chief of the advanced capabilities engineering division, Network Enterprise Technology Command; test officer for JITC communications interoperability branch; a contractor with JITC; and the JITC Canadian exchange officer.
Bradley served 21 years in the Canadian Forces. Prior to commissioning, he served as a communications and radar systems technician in Shearwater, Nova Scotia.
He holds a master’s in business administration and a master’s in engineering management from the University of Ottawa and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada.
