Rear Admiral (Ret.) Jim Rodman, USN is an engineer and attorney. From 2011 to 2014 he served as the Chief Engineer of Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), leading NAVWAR’s engineering workforce in the design, development, deployment, and sustainment of the Navy’s C5ISR, Enterprise Information, and Space Systems. Before NAVWAR, he served in fleet maintenance, ship and weapons systems, and space and network warfare systems. He has extensive experience in National Security Space Systems. He is the Chairman, CEO, and cofounder of Mission Focused Systems, Inc., a Veteran-Owned Small Business providing Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and Science and Technology services to Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
