Profile
Noam Oz is Director of Innovation Operations at NavalX, the innovation arm of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, where he oversees efforts to quickly equip Sailors and Marines with needed capabilities and coordinates efforts with innovation cells across the armed services. In addition to his corporate experience at Lockheed Martin and Noblis, Mr. Oz has dedicated more than 15 years as a DoD civilian serving in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, and Naval Sea Systems Command.
