Tim Foerster is Senior Vice President of Growth for the Navy Business Group for SAIC, which includes all SAIC’s support to the US Navy, US Marine Corps as well as NATO, AUKUS and some other foreign entities.
As the Chief Growth Officer for the Navy Business Group within SAIC, he drives strategic initiatives that enhance market presence and foster sustainable growth. With over 15 years of experience in the defense and technology sectors, he has a proven track record of identifying emerging opportunities and cultivating strong relationships with both industry and government organizations.
Tim has extensive experience creating and executing new market penetration plans, growth strategies for technology enablers and leading growth organizations in a highly collaborative environment. He brings a customer-focused perspective to their most complex challenges, ensuring SAIC delivers high-end solutions in areas such as engineering, digital, IT modernization, artificial intelligence, and mission solutions that are relevant, timely, and mission-success oriented.
He began his career in the defense industry with a small business, BCF Solutions, supporting missile defense and C4ISR programs but through great mentorship ascended to become the Director of Strategy, successfully opening new markets and opening operations in a new location.
Prior to joining SAIC, Tim served as Vice President of Business Development for CACI’s Engineering Solutions Group and acted as the growth lead for the National Security & Innovative Solutions Sector.
